Experience a traditional Uruguayan barbecue, accompanied by 4 glasses of wines from the winery (Méthode Champenoise, Chardonnay, Tannat Reserva, and Cerro Negro Gran Reserva), plus Marselan liqueur. Includes country bread and antipasti, starter, main course, and dessert, along with mineral water and coffee. The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, where the history of the project, the philosophy of production, and the production processes are presented. It continues with a guided visit to the vineyard, exploring the stages of grape cultivation and management practices. Access to the fire sector is subject to weather conditions.
