Bar Tasting

Tasting of 3 glasses of wines from the winery: Méthode Champenoise, Chardonnay, and Tannat Reserva. Accompanied by artisanal breads, pâtés, olives, and Viña Edén olive oil, plus water. Includes a guided tour of the winery, where the history of the project, the philosophy of winemaking, and production methods are explored. For an additional USD 10, a tasting in the cellar can be added, directly from the concrete tank. Price per person. Gratuity not included.
