A 6-course gastronomic experience in a private tasting room located on the upper floor of the winery, accompanied by the winemaker.
Includes a sequence of dishes that traverse different moments of the menu, alongside 7 glasses of wines from the winery: Méthode Champenoise White and Rosé, Chardonnay, Marselan Cement, Tannat Cement (straight from the tank), Cerro Negro Gran Reserva, and Tannat Reserva, plus Marselan liqueur.
Accompanied by country bread and antipasti, mineral water, and coffee.
The experience is complemented by a guided tour of the winery, where the history of the project, the philosophy of winemaking, and the production processes are presented.
