Full Experience Tasting Menu

A 4-course gastronomic experience, accompanied by 4 or 7 glasses of wines from the winery, plus Marselan liqueur. Includes country bread and antipasti, starter, main course, and dessert, along with mineral water and coffee. The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, where the history of the project, the philosophy of winemaking, and the production processes are presented. It continues with a guided visit to the vineyard, exploring the stages of grape cultivation and management practices. It concludes with an outdoor tasting, among the plants, in direct contact with the surroundings. Optional: for an additional USD 9, tasting in the cellar directly from the cement tank.
