Experience in a private tasting room, located on the upper floor of the winery, with open views of the surroundings, accompanied by the winemaker. Tasting of 8 wines from the winery: Méthode Champenoise White and Rosé, Chardonnay, Pinot Rosé, Tannat Cemento (straight from the tank), Cerro Negro Gran Reserva and Tannat Reserva, plus Marselan liqueur. Accompanied by artisanal breads, pâtés, and Viña Edén olive oil, along with a cheese and charcuterie board, plus water. Includes a guided tour of the winery, where the history of the project, the philosophy of winemaking, and the production processes are presented. Subject to the winemaker's availability.
