Kosher for Passover. Under the supervision of Rabbi Eliezer Shemtov in Uruguay. This extra virgin olive oil has green fruity aromas reminiscent of freshly cut grass, green apple, and fresh almond. On the palate, it combines sweetness and spices in balance, with the Arbequina providing freshness and the Coratina adding a slight bitterness and persistence. The flavors include notes of green tomato and a hint of pepper at the finish, accompanied by a smooth texture that highlights its qualities.

The olives were cold-processed before being pressed at low temperatures in a modern two-phase oil mill, using cutting-edge technology. Subsequently, they were stored in stainless steel tanks, with physical filtration before bottling.
By physical method.
In stainless steel tanks. Controlled temperature (18ºC). Bottled on demand in a 500 ml glass container.
