Fermented with 20% whole clusters and carried out over 8 days with controlled temperatures ranging from 15 to 26 ºC. Followed by a long post-fermentation maceration of 10 days.
Malolactic Fermentation
Carried out in barrels.

13 months in used French oak barrels to ensure a perfect balance between the aromatic contributions of the oak and the delicate aromas typical of this variety.
