This Chardonnay presents a bright straw-yellow color and a delicate, fresh nose, revealing aromas of white fruits such as pear and green apple, intertwined with tropical notes of pineapple and mango. A subtle mineral touch recalls the mountain terroir.

Under the supervision of BDK Brazil, adhering to the strict norms and rules regarding the production of "non-mevushal" Kosher wine.
None was performed, as it is pressed directly by our inert press, extracting the must-flower (cuvée), for the fermentation tank.
The alcoholic fermentation was carried out over 25 days with temperature controlled between 12 and 14°C.
Cold stabilization is performed in stainless steel tanks.
