Fermentative maceration was carried out in a concrete tank.
Fermentation
Alcoholic fermentation took place over 10 to 15 days with controlled temperatures ranging from 18 to 28ºC.
Stabilization
Cold stabilization is performed in stainless steel tanks.
Malolactic Fermentation
Malolactic fermentation was performed.
Aging
30% was aged in French and American oak barrels for 26 months, followed by a blend with 70% of the wine that aged in Italian concrete tanks.
