A red wine with an intense and vibrant red color, featuring nuances that reveal its maturation in epoxy-free concrete vessels. On the nose, it presents complex and expressive aromas: ripe red fruits like cherries, plums, and blackberries intertwine with delicate notes of violets, while spicy hints of black pepper and clove complete the dance. A subtle mineral and earthy trace emerges, reminiscent of the unique origin of this wine.

Cold pre-fermentative maceration is performed in concrete tank.
The alcoholic fermentation was carried out over 15 days, at controlled temperatures ranging from 16 to 27ºC.
Cold stabilization is performed in stainless steel tank.
Malolactic fermentation was carried out in concrete tanks.
100% of the wine remained in epoxy-free concrete tank for 30 months.
